Domaine des Tourelles Rose is a confident, characterful partner to flavourful Mediterranean cuisine. Founded in 1868 by French adventurer François-Eugène Brun, Domaine de Tourelles was the first commercial cellar in Lebanon producing wines, arak and other spirits. Their rose is rich, savoury, full-bodied with warm southern flavours and a spicy finish. This partners perfectly the distinctive flavours of traditional Lebanese food, especially spicy antipasti, trout steamed with chilli, Tabbouleh, Baba Ghanoush with olive oil, lemon & garlic, grilled lamb.
